My husband Alex and I can’t say enough great things about Justin!!! He was incredible in supporting our needs when we had to make a sudden change to our travel plans. We originally reached out to him to help us plan a trip to Italy, but we ultimately ended up traveling to St. Thomas. Justin was great to work with. We have three young kiddos, so wanted to find a trip/cruise that could fit all of our needs. He gave us multiple options to choose from, helped with the hotel and the transportation details and also had a lot of helpful tips for the trip itself. He checked in with us during our trip and also helped follow-up on one minor issue we encountered with the transportation back to the airport.
